We are working to create a lifestyle business for everyone that works with us. Life happens, individuals are more important than work. A job should be flexible to meet the needs of the employee. Some of the most talented people we have worked with did not fit the 9 to 5 work model. We certainly don’t. In fact atypical workers are often more talented and harder working in an effort to compensate for their situation. TRECpro uses a distributed workforce model…since 2002. What that means is that you are free to work from wherever you work best. Work from home, the library, or your favorite coffee shop. In some areas we have virtual office spaces that can also be used for in person meetings. A small percentage of the work we do requires visiting our clients’ work places.
Finding the right people is of critical importance rather than finding someone to fit the job description. Resumes are not always the best indicators of future potential. We are looking for individuals who possess the following T qualities.
- Teachable – Tech is changing quickly, all of us are always learning something new.
- Teachers – The ability to make something complicated understandable.
- Team Members – We all lift together to get the job done.
- Transparent – Be honest with us about what you can and can’t do.
- T Shaped Experience – Broad experience base with select areas of deep expertise.
- Tech Embracers – Tech does not have to be your first love, however it sure helps if you enjoy it!
Pay depends on the type of work you are doing. While most of the work is paid at an hourly rate, some is commission based, or project based. Required training and traveling is always paid on an hourly basis. Starting pay ranges from $17-25 per hour depending on experience. Discounts on technology and selected services are provided for free.

By nature we are gamers. As a result you can often find us playing between projects. We also use games for training, team building, and as part of our hiring process.
Most important is everyone’s health, including mental and physical. Take the time you need to be healthy and have healthy family members. Time and health can never be replaced. Each individual manages their own schedule. Communication is key.
We have an expectation that everyone is learning. We will provide access to training in your selected areas of expertise. That does not mean you need to be an expert on a subject, but that you are invested in the process of becoming the expert.
