WDI attended the WIGA Tradeshow with a brand new booth kit, which included a background banner, TV & stand, brochure, and luggage tags, all created by TRECpro.
When the Wade Design & Interiors team signed up for the WIGA tradeshow, they contacted us at TRECpro to help build out their Booth Kit. Rather than selling a prepackaged kit, our team at TRECpro worked hard to find the individual items that fit WDI’s design concept.
Kit & Swag Items
The booth kit items from TRECpro included the 8×10 foot background banner, professional-grade TV, and TV stand with a custom printed base. The brochure and luggage tags were designed and printed for handouts by TRECpro.
Overcoming Obstacles
Creating the kit required some additional creativity and the latest in technology advancements. The photo that needed to be used on the background banner would typically be deemed too small for printing on a banner that large. The image was scaled up and tweaked using several programs, including AI, to recover lost details. To securely transfer the now much larger upscaled artwork, we used our online File Vault to make the files easily accessible at the press.
Vectorizing Logo
The WDI logo also needed some extra attention. All available copies of the logo were too small for the background banner and were in pixel-based formats, also known as rasterized formats. First, we had to identify the font used in the logo. After that, we recreated the logo in Adobe Illustrator, matching the color and shading. We also created SVG versions of the logo for future uses on the website.
Website Updated
With everything set for the tradeshow, our attention was turned to updating the website. The website uses a progressive design to ensure it looks good regardless of the device used to view it. New pages were added, and every page was checked and adjusted to ensure optimal viewing and ease of access.
