The Job

The Graphic Designer/Digital Content Producer is responsible for the creation of traditional print materials, website design & content, digital media, promotional products, and social media for TRECpro LLC and its subsidiaries. The ability to effectively communicate via phone and email is critical. Creative problem-solving based on experience is critical to this role. This position reports directly to the owners. 

While this would be the primary role, we want to make sure the job fits the person and not the other way around. Creating a supportive team environment is our primary objective.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to creatively and effectively work with print and digital media
• Creation of responsive website designs
• Creation of Newspaper and Book layout using InDesign for print and ebooks
• Creation of graphics for social media posts
• Creation of promotional materials and products
• Design and implement web page layout using WordPress and associated plugins
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and clients
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop experience
• Ability to work remotely from own home office
• Familiar with HTML and CSS
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
Initially, this is a contract job; however, in the future, it may become a full-time position. Pay will depend on experience, starting at $20 per hour. While working as a contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes and insurance.
