The Mont Lamm Events website puts the focus on the dream wedding.
Websites tend to look a bit old if not updated on a regular basis. Refreshing the design of a site also signals to search engines that your company is alive and well. Website visitors are more likely to explore if things are different, even if the changes are minor.
Recently, a couple of clients contacted us to help update their websites ahead of their busy seasons. While the sites are very different, the goal is the same: to ensure the website is engaging, easy to navigate, and looks great.
Mont Lamm Events
A popular event center just north of Deer Park, Mont Lamm hosts weddings and many other types of events. As brides prepare for their big day, they often want to tour locations before selecting the right venue. For Mont Lamm Events, we focused on selling the dream wedding with many stunning photos. The home page emphasizes the happy couples with a large hero image featuring newlyweds sharing a kiss.
For this update, the logo was moved to the side and made a bit smaller to convey the idea that Mont Lamm Events is playing a supporting role in the wedding activities. The website has also been optimized for various screen sizes and speed. GTmetrix has given the site the “Grade A 100%,” with the home page loading in about half a second.
Champion Tax + Accounting
While debatably less romantic, Champion tax + accounting also serves clients following their passions. They specialize in small business clients in Washington State. Some of the updates to the website design are very visible, and others are hidden behind the scenes. The main objective of the updates is to streamline the process for everyone. That means making sure multiple systems can communicate with each other automatically and securely. When completed, the results will mean quicker turnaround time and elimination of errors.
“I Need Help!” is a strong call to action with a “Start Here” button designed to capture leads quickly. Clicking the button expands the section to reveal a simple form. Each checkbox is intended to trigger a workflow to provide the best possible results to their clients. While each of the workflows is still under construction, the form does give the ability to respond to their clients immediate needs quickly. Workflow automation is a journey with new tools that are frequently available.
